Staffordshire Cricket Limited

Staffordshire play one day cricket in the MCCA Trophy whereby they play four group games leading to a semi final and hopefully final against the other minor counties in the country. Staffordshire play three day cricket in the Eastern division on the Minor Counties Championship whereby the winners of this group go forward the national final against the winners of the Western Division. In 2009 there was a change at the helm of Staffordshire County Cricket Club. Peter Harvey took on the mantle of Chairman with Paul Goodwin of Knypersley C.C. replacing Richard Harvey as captain. Staffordshire County Cricket Club Women

Staffordshire currently sit in division three of the national league framework. Managed by Helen Pack and Tracy Crump the team are expecting a good season in 2010. The squad is captained by England academy member Georgia Elwiss and names England star Danielle Wyatt among it's quality players.

Tony is the county under 16's manager and 2008 will be his fourth year in charge. In addition to his club and under 16's commitments, Tony is chairman of the Staffordshire Young Cricketers (SYC) Manager and Coaches Commitee and also Executive Commitee. Tony is also a Trustee Staffordshire Young Cricketers Trust.
