We're Recruiting....Applications are invited for the full-time role of Head of Performance Pathway (fixed contract term) providing pathway leadership for the representative teams of both Staffordshire Cricket Ltd (the county cricket board) and Staffordshire County Cricket Club (the minor county club).
As the 10th largest cricketing county, Staffordshire has a strong tradition and passionate cricket network which manifests itself in consistent success at Minor County and Boys and Girls County Age Group and ECB National competition levels. Staffordshire is also recognised as a county which regularly provides a supply of young players to the First-Class environment.
Staffordshire Cricket and Staffordshire County Cricket Club are looking for an individual who has an excellent understanding and experience of what is required to create and deliver a high-quality cricket performance environment. Essential to the role are the day-to-day operational and project management skills to develop, manage and administer the full pathway, setting the tone, quality standards and expectations of what it is to be a coach or player at representative level in Staffordshire.
The Head of Performance Pathway is a key appointment to influence the direction of the cricket performance pathway across Staffordshire for both male and female players from junior to senior squads in what are very exciting times for the game at every level.
