With the Womens T20 World Cup kicking off on Friday 12th June, and on home turf, we wanted to showcase some of the incredible women that have played for Staffordshire and gone on to the world stage either by playing or officiating.
In the 7 days leading up to the world cup opener, we will be highlighting some of these women.

Day 4 - Georgia Elwiss
Georgia played within the Staffs County pathway, before making her England debut in 2011.

Day 5 - Eve Jones
Eve played for Staffordshire from 2012-2016 before going onto represent Lancashire in 2017

Day 6 - Sue Redfern
Sue played for Staffordshire between 2003-2008 and is now an ICC International Umpire. She will officiate in the ICC Womens T20 Cricket World Cup across the next few weeks.

Day 7 - Danni Wyatt-Hodge
Danni began playing at Whitmore CC aged 8 and then progressed through to the Staffordshire sides, playing at Meir Heath and J G Meakin along the way. She has played over 300 international games and her 11-year Staffordshire career saw her play 164 games, scoring 4580 runs and taking 191 wickets.
